Return & Refund Policy

We at Ubnuts.com strive towards delivering you the best products by maintaining the highest quality standards with respect to our products, it’s processing and packaging. We are extremely diligent and do not sell expired products.

We at Ubnuts.com follow a Replacement/ Return/Refund Policy. Every product sold at Ubnuts.com is covered under our 7-Day Return Policy in case of receiving the wrong product OR receiving a damaged/ tempered product. Notify us about problems, packaging issues or damages within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either send a replacement product to you or refund your money.

All the returns in the above-mentioned situation are subject to the discretion of Ubnuts.com

Refund eligibility:

  • You must inform us within 7 days by sending images of the goods as is at complaints@ubag.in Please mention your order number, and send proper pics of damaged goods.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. No more than 5% should be consumed.

  • All returns should be properly packed and sent to Ub Aggarwal House 2291/2292 -A/1, Hill drive Bhavnagar-364002. Gujarat, India.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at complaints@ubag.in

  • As a policy, we do not cancel any order after it is placed on the portal and the complete payment along with the payment confirmation has been received from the customer’s bank/service provider.

Please Note:  If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
